Q: What sets us apart from our competitors?

We hold three core values.

Honesty: We take pride in providing an honest and transparent experience right from the moment you first contact us. We never resort to lying or upselling to benefit ourselves.

Relationships: Our commitment extends beyond transactions. We value building long-standing relationships with our customers. When we enter your home, we treat it as if it were our own, ensuring utmost respect for your property and family.

Quality: Our numerous five-star ratings are a testament to the high-quality work we deliver. We extensively research our products and application methods, constantly striving to enhance our expertise by incorporating new industry-specific techniques. Quality is an unwavering standard for us.

Q: Do you spray or brush and roll paint?
A: Our company exclusively utilizes brushing and rolling as the application method for painting. It's worth noting that the majority of painters also employ brush and roller techniques. However, we have plans to incorporate spraying as an additional application method in the future, particularly for specialized tasks like painting kitchen cabinets, among others.

Q: Do you paint kitchen cabinets?
A: In short, we do offer kitchen cabinet painting services. To provide a comprehensive answer, our general recommendation is to avoid brushing and rolling cabinets. We advise our customers to seek out specialized companies that focus on kitchen cabinet refinishing, as they tend to deliver the best results. We always encourage our customers to seek out the best application methods for the best finish.  Kitchen cabinets are made of a harder, less porous surface than drywall and wood does not absorb paint as effectively. Consequently, brushing and rolling them may not yield a desirable finish (this is an opinion-based statement).

On the other hand, spraying allows for a smooth and texture-free finish. However, if requested, we can brush and roll cabinets, which is more common in two scenarios: A) If the cabinets have already been brushed and rolled in the past, or B) If the client desires a specific farmhouse-style appearance. The examples below further illustrate these situations and provide clarity.

Q: What is your maximum height limit for painting projects? Do you offer painting services for stairwells and foyers?
A: Our equipment has a maximum height capacity of 13.5ft when working on a flat surface, although it may be lower on uneven surfaces. This information is particularly important to consider when dealing with large stairwells and foyers. Many homes in New England feature tall stairwells and foyers that exceed the capabilities of our equipment. However, we are able to paint stairwells and foyers that are of reasonable size. To accurately assess whether your project is suitable for us, we would need to inspect the specific stairwell/foyer. Please don't hesitate to contact us and we can confirm if you project aligns with our capabilities.

Q: Do you offer exterior house painting services?
A: We do not paint the entire exterior of most New England homes due to their height. Our maximum height limit is 13.5ft, and many homes in the area exceed that height. However, we do undertake smaller projects such as sheds, railings, trim work, and some smaller single-floor homes. If you have a project that falls within our scope, we encourage you to reach out and inquire. It never hurts to ask!

Q: Do you provide deck staining/painting services?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in interior painting as well as deck refinishing. When it comes to decks, we offer a diverse range of products including stains, enamels, and paints. Each deck has unique requirements and desired outcomes, so we provide a wide selection to accommodate various needs. For visual references, please visit our "Our Work" page to view pictures of our previous deck projects. Generally, deck coating services are available from April to October, allowing for optimal weather conditions.

Q: What brand of paint do you use?
A: We exclusively utilize high-quality paint brands and products. Our primary choice is Sherwin Williams. If requested, we also provide  Benjamin Moore products. Our commitment is to deliver superior results by using top-notch paint brands and products.

Q:  What sheetrock/wall repairs are included in your estimate? What do you offer for sheetrock repair services?
A: When we provide an estimate, it automatically covers any holes up to a size of 1 inch x 1 inch, as most holes tend to be smaller than this. We do provide small sheetrock repair services, which involve tasks like filling holes and addressing small cracks. However, we do not offer extensive drywall repair services, such as repairing or replacing tape seams or large sections of drywall. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing wall deformities like bowing or cracking, or for areas that have been previously repaired, unless these matters have been discussed beforehand.
